AI case brief and case-file questions
Ask your case file, get answers with the source
One-page AI brief of a matter, and answers to questions from the matter's own documents, citing the passage each answer comes from. All AI runs on Surge Software's own server.
The problem
Before a hearing, the advocate rereads the whole file to find one date or one admission. Public AI tools cannot be given client files.
How AdvocateFlow handles it
- Prepare brief summarises where the matter stands, key dates, what is pending and suggested next steps; unknowns are marked [CONFIRM].
- Ask the case file answers from uploaded documents only and cites each passage used.
- Scanned orders and phone photos are read by OCR in English and Hindi; orders can be summarised, turned into dated tasks, or translated into 12 Indian languages.
- The AI model runs on Surge Software's own server; nothing is sent to an outside AI company.
Questions
- Is client data sent to ChatGPT or another AI company?
- No. AdvocateFlow's AI runs on Surge Software's own server.
- Can the AI invent citations?
- Answers are restricted to passages from your file or your judgment library, and any citation that is not in the retrieved passages is removed.
