Terms of use
The terms for using AdvocateFlow and advocateflow.in.
Last updated 4 November 2026
1. These terms
These terms apply when you use advocateflow.in or the AdvocateFlow app. AdvocateFlow is operated by Surge Software Solutions Private Limited ("Surge", "we"). By creating an account or using AdvocateFlow, you agree to them. If you use AdvocateFlow for a chamber or firm, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy (/privacy).
2. Price and billing
Your first 3 months (90 days from sign-up) are free, with everything unlocked. After that, the paid items listed on the pricing page (/pricing) are charged at what they cost us, with no markup, from a prepaid wallet you top up through Razorpay. Everything else stays free.
We may introduce monthly plans later. We will tell account holders in advance, and nothing is charged without your action. Unused prepaid balance is refundable on request at any time; see our cancellation and refund policy (/refunds).
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and your chamber.
You must be 18 or older.
Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use AdvocateFlow to: break any law, including anti-spam, privacy, consumer and intellectual-property laws; send messages to clients who have not agreed to receive them; break the terms of a connected platform such as WhatsApp; upload content you have no right to use, or content that is harmful, deceptive or abusive; impersonate others; or attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in what you upload and in the results you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the product for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, including the personal data of your clients and parties. Where you process their data in AdvocateFlow, you are the data fiduciary and we process it for you.
6. AI results and professional use
AI can be wrong. Check results before you rely on them or send them to others.
AdvocateFlow is a practice tool for advocates. It does not give legal advice; a qualified advocate must check its work, including every date and deadline, before relying on it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep AdvocateFlow running, but it is provided "as is" and may change, pause or have downtime. Some features are marked "coming soon" or "preview" and may not work fully. If we retire AdvocateFlow, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Surge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using AdvocateFlow and close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell account holders of important changes by email.
